Let your quirky side out — it's Contemporary & learn to tumble with our Acro section
This program is perfect for...
This class welcomes adults 18+ from all backgrounds—whether you're a busy parent, new to dance, or someone with previous experience looking to reconnect with movement. This class isn't suitable for professional dancers or those looking to compete.
This program cares about...
your safety, helping you unwind and focus, letting the day's thoughts disappear. We challenge your thinking and explore new ways your body can move. This creates genuine enjoyment with lots of laughter as you learn to tumble with cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and more. The class is incredibly fun, with encouragement to dance and express yourself freely.

Within just six weeks..
you'll feel confident performing the choreography and notice increased strength in your body and movements. Your handstands and cartwheels will become stronger, and you'll develop more trust in yourself while executing these movements.
What you’ll love about this program is..
The community and the friendships you build. You’re encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident in your body—no judgment here! Most of all, this class is fun. We talk, laugh, dance, and let the stresses of life melt away.

"I absolutely love this class! I have always wanted to learn how to handstand, and this group is so supportive—every little step forward is celebrated, which feels amazing to be part of. I also love the dances we do. I've been coming for a year now and haven't gotten bored at all." -Rachel, former dancer

Class infomation
Your class begins with warm-up stretches and core-strengthening exercises (modified to your comfort level), followed by center combinations like pliés and flowing stretches to improve technique. You'll also practice traveling movements and occasional improvisation to explore your unique style.

Throughout the 10-week term, you'll progressively build a dance routine while learning the fundamentals of both contemporary dance and acrobatics. Contemporary elements blend ballet, modern, and jazz styles, while acrobatic training focuses on handstands, cartwheels, and bridges in a supportive environment.
We break down each skill into manageable steps, ensuring you feel confident as you progress toward a performance you can truly be proud of.
