Allow yourself to express yourself
This program is perfect for...
Anyone 18+ who danced as a child, has some dance experience, or is a retired dancer. It’s not suited for professional dancers, absolute beginners, or those looking for competition—it’s best if you know the basics, and have some dance execprince.
This program cares about...
Bringing expression and passion into your body. It's about creating a space where you can feel free and learn to express your feelings through movement. Lyrical is a beautiful form of artistic dance, allowing for flowing, graceful movement.
Within just six weeks..
You will feel your walls coming down, allowing you to connect more deeply with the movements and express emotions and feelings through the choreography.
You will also notice your posture improving, your strength increasing, and your balance and coordination becoming more refined.
What you’ll love about this program is..
The community and the friendships you build. You’re encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident in your body—no judgment here! Most of all, this class is fun. We talk, laugh, dance, and let the stresses of life melt away.

Attending classes on the weekend? If you live close I would suggest to walk. As it can get very busy as of the markets. If not you may need to park a little bit further away and walk up.
Pia’s dance school is a very inclusive and welcoming space. I have been attending adult lyrical class for the last 6 months and I love it. Pia makes sure that the class is beginner friendly but also offers alternatives in routines for more experienced dancers. The classes are fun and the atmosphere is very positive. I wasn’t that interested in lyrical dance before but now I love it !
