your wellbeing, getting you moving in ways that don't just involve going to the gym. We do Pilates and fitness-based exercises that are mostly bodyweight, so you can do them without equipment and still stay active and maintain your strength.

Class infomation

In your Active 55+ class, you will be taken through exercises that target balance, strength, and flexibility.

 

Most of our exercises combine different fitness styles including Pilates, barre, gym fitness, and dance movements. This gives you a comprehensive workout, with each week focusing on a different area.

 

We end the session with a good 15-20 minutes of deep stretching, using various stretching techniques to maximize benefits while ensuring safety.

​

At the end of class, we also go out for coffee. This is completely optional, but it's a nice way to get to know our little community.

Class time: Tuseday 11:00 - 11:45 am

Pricing:

  • Term enrolment – $240 + GST (10 weeks) – pro-rata pricing available

  • We also offer Cash $24 per session payments, to pay as you go.

  • 10 class pass $255 +GST (lasts 6 months, can be used with any class) 

  • Discounts available for multiple classes

The entrance is on Victoria Rd, inbetween Kate Owens aboriginal art gallery and

the convience store (we are upstairs)

Parking:

  • There is free parking on Darling St after 7 pm.

  • There is a 2 hr free car park on Hamilton Street, just off Darling St, go down Merton St the side with the IGA on the corner. 

  • Attending classes on the weekend? If you live close I would suggest to walk. As it can get very busy as of the markets. If not you may need to park a little bit further away and walk up.
